At checkout, the buyer covers the underlying payment gateway's processor fee plus our orchestration markup (0.75% on the Standard tier). To keep conversions high on big-ticket items, this markup is strictly capped—up to $5.00 on Standard, and dropping to just $2.75 on Premium to reward scaling communities!

To ensure healthy operations, the minimum amount to fund a customer wallet is $10.00. You have the freedom to decide what to charge your users for funding, withdrawing, or paying from their wallets. Peppa.io simply takes 10% of the fee you configure, or a flat $0.10—whichever is greater. If you choose not to charge your users, the flat $0.10 infrastructure fee applies.
All platform fees are billed annually for your first year to get your deployment set up perfectly. Upon renewal in year two, you can shift to quarterly billing or keep your annual billing for a sweet 20% discount! To keep our community safe and servers secure, API keys will automatically expire if platform subscriptions are not maintained.

How Pepparest billing, orchestration fees and tier upgrades work in practice.
Pepparest is sold in three tiers — Standard, Premium and Platinum — based on annual transaction volume. Standard is $2,000 per year for up to 50,000 transactions, Premium is $3,588 per year for 50,001 to 300,000 transactions, and Platinum is a custom annual contract for 300,001 transactions and above.
Annual billing is required in year one. From year two you can move to quarterly billing at $625 per quarter on Standard or $1,120 per quarter on Premium. Annual billing saves roughly 20% versus quarterly.
The orchestration fee is applied on top of the processor cost and is passed to the buyer at checkout. On Standard it is the processor rate plus a 0.75% markup capped at $5.00 per transaction; on Premium it is the processor rate plus a 0.5% markup capped at $2.75. Platinum uses a custom basis-point markup.
Yes. Wallet movement costs 10% of your fee or a $0.10 minimum, whichever is greater. Platinum partners get custom volume pricing.
Core API, wallets and the reporting dashboard are included in every tier. Commission rules and listing fees unlock at Premium. Custom transaction types, subscription plans and loyalty and rewards are Platinum features.
